Vacation Message/Autoresponders
(Access via webmail)

Directions:

• Choose autoresponder or vacation message.  These two options are located in webmail in the left pane at the lower left (choose preferences button).  Within the User Preferences section, scroll down to the bottom. To enable the message, check the enable box and type your message below.  At the top, choose save to make sure your changes are saved.
  
  Vacation message option is for those wanting to reply automatically with a message to let senders know you’ll be unable to personally respond during a particular timeframe.  An autoresponder is a more detailed version of this function that allows for autoresponses to received emails and/or forwarding of incoming emails to another account.
   
• Autoresponders.  Allow a specified message to be returned to those sending to your account or to a specific account mailbox (folder), along with the option of forwarding the email to another email account.
   
• Vacation message.  Best used temporarily to allow those whom you receive emails from to know you’ll be unable to immediately respond back.  Please remember to select and delete the whole message and deselect the enable check box to deactivate this feature when you have returned. At the top, choose save to make sure your changes are saved.
